Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing and Handling:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we'll send another email with tracking information.

  • Potential Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen events such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or other force majeure circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees:

  • International Orders: Customers are ultimately responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Designated Regions: Our e-store only ships to select regions. If you're located outside these areas, please contact us at support@telemetrytv.com to arrange fulfillment.

  • Standard Orders: Our store currently limits each order to 25 units. You are welcome to place multiple orders or contact us for manual orders. 

  • Manual Orders: Manual orders are available upon request for customers unable to use our online store, such as when a purchase order (PO) or an alternative payment method is required.  Contact support@telemetrytv.com for more information.

Order Quantity Requirements for Manual Orders:

  • 20 Units: For customers in the USA and Canada.

    • If the order is less than 20 units, a handling fee of $125 USD will be added to the quote and invoice.

  • 40 Units: For customers outside the USA and Canada (including the UK).

Note: Meeting these quantity requirements does not guarantee that we can or will ship internationally. Telemetry will evaluate whether our devices are suitable for use in the destination country, considering factors such as hardware certification, power supply compatibility, and logistics.

Order Cancellations and Modifications:

  • We cannot accommodate or accept cancellations or modifications. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and will be processed as submitted.
